Description

Vitamin K is found mainly in the diet in the form of K1, phylloquinone, but it is generally considered that K2 is the best form for bone health. K2 breaks down into two forms, MK-4 and MK-7, MK-4 is the active form used by the body. MK-7 has been shown to be utilised at low doses. Many formulations will only focus on one or the other, AOR include both forms in equal amounts. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Note: This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor should supplements be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
